“One of my really popular images of Debbie Harry was taken in her New York apartment in Greenwich Village. Debbie produced a whip to go with her Stephen Sprouse graffiti look but in the first pictures we felt something was missing. Debbie solved that problem by bringing out a portrait of her by Andy Warhol which she dropped onto the radiator to liven up our background. Almost certainly the most expensive prop I have ever had.”
