Mick often sat up late composing and playing with Ronnie Wood, when he came to stay in Malibu. I love this picture because he was writing “Faraway Eyes” at the time and it was a gentle love song.
In the documentary being made about my work Mick is quoted as saying “I think she thinks I wrote Faraway Eyes about her. Maybe I did! I can’t remember” A lady never tells !
