Dick Polak “snapped this of Marianne Faithfull waiting to perform her set at the Rolling Stones Rock & Roll Circus. Due to the not so professional organisation and slightly chaotic nature of the whole event Marianne ended up waiting, patiently, for hours before she could sing. When she did finally make it to the stage I remember her singing beautifully and giving one of the best performances of the show. “
